MFI MOLD FLOW RATE DETERMINATION: (TS EN ISO 1133 METHOD A)

The MFI value of each purchased polyethylene raw material is tested and its characteristics are determined. The MFI value under temperature and load specified according to the standards should be in the range of 0.2-1.4 g / 10 min under 190 ° C / 5kg conditions. When the mass melt flow rate of a sample taken from polyethylene pipes and fittings is tested, its value may deviate at most 20% from the value of its raw material.<br></p>
